BBQ Pie – Epic Meal Time

Looks like one of the most delicious things they ever made. My request? More cheese and more bacon.

Today’s theme was meeting people. People I either know, knew, hadn’t met in person yet or that I’m a huge fan of. Here’s who I remember running into today (there’s more I don’t remember off top):

Kenna was cool as fuck. He was messing with me at first. Troy Ave showed me MAD LOVE. When he got off staged he looked for me to say what’s up and give me a mixtape. When PacDiv took the stage Like saw me upfront and gave a headnod. LOVE! Everyone been showin me love. Even Thurz shouted me out on stage. Just because. Everyone else was mad friendly.

Thurz. Troy Ave. Pac Div. Coolroy. Ab-Soul. Schoolboy Q. Jay Rock. Kendrick Lamar. The Dream (who I really enjoyed despite the fact I don’t really like his music). El Prez. ShawnChrys. Sean Falyon. And some others I forgot. Another great day!

SXSW day 2

Saw mad indie acts I never heard of. And a lot of them were dope as fuck
Saw Kweli. My man Spintelect is his DJ.

Thurz took forever to perform so to make up for the wait he had me chill upstairs where I had a better view and it was more comfortable. It was the artist “lounge”.
Then I went to go catch Fly Union and GrpPlayz at another showcase. (I missed Troy Ave 😦 )
Came back and caught Jhene Aiko. She sucks live. But i’d Fingerbang her hard.
Then I went to see Nneka!!!! She was amazing live (and I thought about YOU during her set. Just didn’t bother to hit you =\..
Next I took a rest and when I came back? BAD RABBITS!!! I love them and they were fuxking incredible! After they performed I met the lead singer Fredua. Cool dude. My favorite of the day.

Mobb Deep KILLED!
Raekwon brought out Gza and KILLED!
Then I ain’t some delicious nachos and the night ended. Overall another successful day
