Workout plan

Wokeup 730. Went to the park. Played ball for about 3 hours.
Went home. Showered. Ate. Rested.
Rode my bike bout 5 miles INTO THE FUCKING WIND!
Changed. Went to yoga class.
1hr 30min. I sweated and was SUPER duper tired after. Way more than playing ball.
I love it!
