My 25th anniversary. And my favorite ever.
I was shown mad LOVE. Mad folk hit me and several people were trying to do stuff for me.
The first gift I received in YEARS! Thanks jewels.
Lauren took me to a DOPE bar in Hollywood to watch the game(s). Her people’s showed me love too. Delicious ass foods. Dranks!!! And randomly jermaine dupri and angela simmons were sitting next to us lol.
But really Beast set it off. ALL DAY. From the moment she rose till I died. She made me feel the LOVE. Even into the coming days! She’s a special one. Made me feel amazing. And she fucking surprised me with a red velvet cake from my(our) bakery! SURPRISE. even if nothing else happened she made my day special.

Met: Talib. Young Guru. Elliot Wilson. Taz Arnold. DJ Drama. Freddie Gibbs (who I smoked with). Joe Chicago. Kendrick Lamar saluted me. Meka is now a KILLLER DJ. and that’s all I remember def forgetting a person or 3.
Saw perform: BJ the Chicago Kid. Coolroy. Gangsta Boo (LOL). Stalley. Meek Mill. Rick Ross. Thurz. Pac Div. SAS. Terrace Martin. Black Hippy. And others I’ve surely forgotten.
Ended the night at respect the west where I saw ALL my ppls. Skeme. Eazee. Dae One. El Prez. C-Plus. Picaso & Raven. Josh4Q. Thurz. Like from PacDiv. Sean Falyon (even though he ain’t an LAer). And again, others I don’t remember right now.
Shouts to Peas and Safia. And to Spintelect!! He got me into fader. It was good seeing my dude. Now he’s off to London to finish kweli’s tour.

Today’s theme was meeting people. People I either know, knew, hadn’t met in person yet or that I’m a huge fan of. Here’s who I remember running into today (there’s more I don’t remember off top):

When PacDiv took the stage Like saw me upfront and gave a headnod. LOVE! Everyone been showin me love. Even Thurz shouted me out on stage. Just because. Everyone else was mad friendly.
