You know I think my biggest problem with the Otis version of these songs is that he’s slows them down. And while that makes the cover his own, it takes away a lot of what I love about Sam’s versions. That is until Cupid. Cuz Jesus Christ does Otis murder this Jawn. LAWDHAVMERCY! I didn’t want to admit it but as the song played on it was undeniable. Sam still killed it. But Otis fucked shit up! You got one, Devs. Go nuts!
