French Toast Pancakes
This idea came to me at like 1am while I was in and out of sleep. I awoke and said to Daniel “we should make French toast. Then dip it in pancake batter. Are you down?” and the next morning this happened:
French Toast batter included: eggs (duh), sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Pretty basic.
This would’ve been delicious enough
I added the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla to the pancake batter too. My only regret was that I should’ve bought buttermilk for it.
Coat liberally. Then onto the pan
Sausage was on sale. Bacon wasn’t. But this was DELICIOUS!!!! definitely gonna do this again. And push it even further.
