throwback: soul 4 real

Last night after an OT shift, and while I was watching boxing I DVR’d, I decided I wanted to listen  to Soul 4 Real. Lol. Rip heavy D tho

Ps. Broner looked good but I don’t buy his “changed man” bs. He’s not the boxer we all wanted him to be a few years ago. But he can still be a problem if he can keep focus. And Matthysse got handled. I wasn’t expecting that. He prolly could’ve gotten up but he was a man defeated by Postol.

J.Lately – Food With Friends Ep. 1

This is a great idea. A bigger artist is gonna steal it. But at least J Lately got it poppin.

We’re pleased to bring you the first episode of the new mini-series “Food With Friends”, in support of J.Lately’s upcoming album Let’s Just Be Friends, dropping on October 23rd of this year. The mini-series follows Lately inside his Oakland residence as he cooks a meal and shares it with a different special guest each episode. The first guest on the show is producer/rapper Oops, who contributed heavily to the production of the album, and the meal being prepared is Lately’s Wake N’ Bake Hash Bowl. Take a minute to go behind the scenes of the making of the album and get a small glimpse into the lives of both artists, and be on the lookout for the Let’s Just Be Friends album on October 23rd.
