It was after a happy shower time. RIGHT after. I got dry. I rushed to my iPhone. Came back. Asked if you dried your ears. Cuz I wasn’t gonna have you ruin my headphones. You HAD to hear this song at THAT moment. You seemed a bit perturbed by it all. You may have seen it coming. I hope not. But you just HAD to hear it at THAT moment. Why? Because I NEEDED you to. Headphones on. Song starts. Slow dance commences Tears fall. Love is abound. Eternal love. A moment where time stops and our entire being becomes one. I like to think if there was a person watching there was a glowing aura that surrounded us. Just as quickly as it began, it was over. It seemed to be forever. At least that’s as long as I wanted to live there. The embrace after was long and deep. Never has there been a more perfect moment in the history of man. Nothing will ever be carved in my heart as deep.
